1. About Fittech
Fittech ("we") provides a personalized fitness experience for users ("you"). Our platform at https://fittech.guru/ creates customized workout plans based on the information you provide and expert-backed insights ("fitness program" or "service"), designed to help you improve your health, strength, and overall performance. Our mission is to make you healthy, strong, and confident.
We may ask for certain personal data to offer you personalized fitness programs and high-quality services. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.

2. Free Trials, Subscriptions & Payments
We offer a two-week free trial for new users.
At the end of the trial, continued use of our service requires a monthly subscription. You must provide payment details and complete your first payment to activate your subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly from the date of the first payment. All charges are in USD (or another specified currency, if applicable).
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card details as Stripe handles all transactions. Stripe processes the following payment-related information:
- Your email address or payment ID;
- Transaction amount & subscription details;
- Automatic invoice generation;
- Processing of monthly payments.

3. Failed Payments & Account Suspension
Each time a payment fails, you have seven days to update your payment details. During this period, Stripe will automatically retry the payment based on its system. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available to prevent unexpected deductions when Stripe retries the payment. After this period, the account will be temporarily suspended until payment is resolved. To restore access, you must update your payment details and ensure the outstanding balance is paid.
4. Health & Eligibility Criteria
To participate in our fitness programs, you must meet certain health and fitness criteria. Before providing your information, at the beginning of the sign-up form, you are required to review all listed conditions and check, if applicable: "I confirm that I can safely work out with Fittech" or any other statement provided that conveys the same meaning. You cannot workout with our platform or use our service if you have any of the following conditions:
- Pregnancy;
- Are aged 60 or older;
- Are a minor (as per applicable laws);
- Osteoarthritis or musculoskeletal pain;
- Osteoporosis;
- Cardiovascular conditions (e.g., heart disease, heart attack, chest pain, or heart surgery);
- Type 2 diabetes;
- Physical disabilities affecting exercise capability;
- Any chronic medical condition requiring a doctor's clearance for regular exercise;
- Any other medical condition that could affect your ability to participate in the fitness program safely.
If you have any of these conditions and choose to participate, you do so at your own risk and take full responsibility for any resulting consequences. Also, if, at any point in the future, you develop any of these conditions, you are required to inform us via coach@fittech.com immediately. If you fail to report changes, you will be responsible for any resulting consequence.
5. Providing Accurate Information
You must provide accurate health and fitness information for effective fitness program customisation. This includes, but is not limited to uploading only your photos, not those of anyone else. Also, you are responsible for reporting any changes in your health conditions, payment details, or any other relevant information that may impact your fitness program; otherwise, you will be responsible for any resulting consequences.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide accurate and effective fitness programs; however, by using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Our fitness programs are not medical documents and are intended for general guidance only. You should not interpret or present these programs as official medical recommendations.
- Participation in our fitness programs is at your own risk. We do not guarantee specific fitness results and are not liable for any injuries, health complications, or other consequences resulting from the use of our services.
- We do not guarantee injury-free participation. You assume full responsibility and should consult a qualified professional before starting any fitness program.
- We are not responsible for consequences arising from you providing inaccurate information or uploading someone else's photos.
- The information provided through our platform, including body analysis and fitness recommendations, is based on available data, internal research, and third-party sources. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or suitability for your needs.
- We do not endorse, sponsor, or assume any responsibility for any third-party websites that may be linked on our platform. These links are provided solely for your convenience, and accessing them is at your own risk. Besides, we strongly advise you to review the privacy policy, cookie policy, and terms of use of any third-party website before sharing any personal information.
- While our platform is protected by Cloudflare, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access in the event of external cyber threats.
- Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any criminal or civil actions arising from your misuse of the services, including but not limited to violations of privacy rights, fraud, or misrepresentation.
7. Account Suspension for Violations
Accounts may be suspended temporarily or permanently if you:
- Do not pay your subscription as mentioned in Section 3;
- Disrupt the system (e.g., Denial-of-Service attacks affecting other users). In this case, we will first notify you of the issue and temporarily suspend your access. If the disruptive behavior continues, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your access, with no further recourse;
- Engage in activities that violate our security policies.
8. Account Deletion
You can request to delete your account by contacting coach@fittech.com. Account deletion is permanent and includes the removal of associated data. Once deleted, accounts cannot be restored.
9. Subscription Auto-Renewal & Cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew via Stripe. You cannot disable auto-renewal but may cancel before the next billing cycle. Cancellations must be completed before the next payment cycle to avoid future charges. No refunds or partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
10. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data. Our Privacy Policy, which governs our collection, use, and storage of your information, can be found at Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described therein. Please review it to understand how we handle your information.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update these Terms of Use periodically. It is your responsibility to review the Terms of Use regularly at https://fittech.guru.
